After 6 years of yoga asana practice, I answered the call and completed my 200 hours yoga teacher training with YogaWorks  in Bali, Indonesia. Not long after that, I completed 70 hours of medical Qigong, acupressure and Yin yoga teacher training with the amazing Jo Phee.

I’m passionate about the power of this practice in helping others find their paths in this journey of life.
